RETURNS

 

We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase from YEVU. For online purchases we offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on all items that have not been worn, washed or altered.

All items must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase if located in Australia; 30 days from date of purchase if located internationally. Please indicate via email the reason of your return and if you would prefer a store credit, exchange or refund to your credit card.

Your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt, less any shipping costs incurred. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. If goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. All transactions will be refunded in the original payment method.

Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. In the case that an item was faulty or damaged, the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. YEVU will not refund international duties and taxes.
